She has always enjoyed writing and computers
She enjoys all styles of creative writing.
Professionally she has been a writer for over 10 years, mostly in the Information Technology Industry.
In High School, she was a reporter for her school newspaper, and the copy editor. She really enjoyed Journalism. Her interest with computers also started in High School. She enrolled in her first Computer Programming class, BASIC.
She received her B.S. in Computer Science. She had programmed for so many years and wanted to try something new and different with computers, so she transitioned into Networking. She worked her way up from Help Desk to Desktop Support, to Network Administrator/ Systems Administrator. Throughout these many positions she has worn many different hats, that has allowed her to aquire a wide range of skills. She created and maintained company web sites, provided personal and class training, technical writing, created knowledge bases, and kept many company computer servers up and running.
